Some of our products are backed with 3 months warranty starting from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal fading, alteration, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence, or dissatisfaction with product choice. We respectfully reserve the right, at our option, to repair and replace the merchandise. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable product. No Warranty claim is accepted without warranty card.
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issue's policies.
We can provide free returns on any order over USD50.00. For order under USD50 you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Other areas: 1 to 2 working days
- Delivery to China: ship by SF Express
- Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing - 2 to 3 working days
- Other areas: 3 to 5 working days
- Delivery to TW and Macau
1 to 2 working days by SF Express
