ORDER STATUS
Once your order is shipped, an email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number. Please ensure a valid email address is provided.
| Status | Description |
| Paid | Order cannot be modified after the order has been paid successfully. If you need to modify relevant order information, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. |
| Order unfulfilled | Your order has been received and we are preparing for the shipment upon sufficient stock. |
| Order fulfilled | The products you have ordered have been shipped to your delivery address. Please view order waybill number and shipping status in "My Order". |
| Order completed | System will update order status as “Order completed” automatically 15 days after products receipt. |
| Cancelled | Order has been cancelled and will not be fulfilled. |
