WARRANTY

Some of our products are backed with 90-day warranty starting from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal fading, alteration, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence, or dissatisfaction with product choice. We respectfully reserve the right, at our option, to repair and replace the merchandise. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable product.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS

The key to enjoying your product for a very long time is to follow the care instructions very carefully.

 

WEMUG BOTTLES

- Do not pour boiling or extremely hot liquid into the water bottle. doing so may cause burn injuries or other unexpected accidents. Do not close the lid immediately after pouring a hot beverage into the bottle allow the temperature to cool down by leaving the lid open for 4-5 minutes.

- Do not store in freeze to avoid damaging

- Do not subject to excessive weight or impact such as dropping from a height as this may damage the body

- When cleaning, avoid using nylon scouring pads or abrasive cleaners. Use a soft sponge.

- Wash thoroughly before first use

- Hand wash only

- Do not tumble try; do not iron

- Do not bleach; keep it dry after wash

- Possible color loss may result after soaking in water or rubbing
